WHAT IS AN INFRARED SAUNA?

An Infrared Sauna is a wooden box equipped with infrared heaters that are designed to detoxify and heal the body.


WHY INFRARED SAUNA IS BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL SAUNA?

Unlike traditional saunas that feature steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use infrared heat to penetrate human tissue and raise body temperature directly. It is 7-times more effective than a traditional sauna

WHAT TO PREPARE BEFORE AND AFTER SAUNA SESSION?

Please make sure you drink enough water before and after the sauna session because you will really sweat a lot. Normally 1-2 cups of warm water before sauna to help you sweat more, and 2-3 cups of warm water after sauna.


WHAT TO WEAR IN THE SAUNA?

If possible, go half naked with towel, or totally naked is the best choice. Alternatively, we suggest wearing loosely-fitting clothes to your sauna session.


SHOULD I SHOWER AFTER SAUNA?

Cooling off after sauna session is important. Don't rush out into the bathroom for a shower after your sauna session. Wait a few more minutes 15-30 minutes to finish off sweating. Your core body temperature has been raised and even if you are done, with your session, sweating will continue... So, please leave enough time for your body to cool down.


CAN I USE IT IF I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?

Yes ! In fact Infrared Sauna is clinically proven to reduce the risk of High Blood Pressure. By sitting in the sauna may cause reactions that are similar to those caused by moderate exercise, a lack of physical activity is one of the risk factor

IS IT GOOD TOO FOR MY HEART?

CAN I USE IT DURING MENSTRUATION?

CAN MY KIDS USE THE SAUNA?

Yes ! As mentioned infrared is safe even for newborns. Most children are not as toxic as adults therefore they have less need for detoxification protocols. Anyway if children are undergoing infrared sauna therapy, It is recommended that the temperature be set very low and not more than 15 minutes per sessions

The more you use, the faster the life spend of the Infrared Heaters, and other parts too. And those are all cost for us. We assume for business the volume of using INFINITY SAUNA shall be much higher thus we need to collect higher rental which is quite reasonable.

WILL YOU CHARGE FOR ANY SERVICING, PARTS REPLACEMENT OR LABOUR CHARGES WHEN I CALL FOR REPAIR?
